If you already have review text (your own store, your own support tickets, your own product reviews), the Feel Layer can score it directly. Two tiers, depending on whether you want the result public or private.
Free
Public register entry
You submit a corpus, we score it. Your entry joins the open register alongside every other scored entity in that vertical, as a dated, frozen edition.
- Scores enter the public register and can be cited or linked to.
- Each edition is dated and frozen: never edited or removed after publish.
- You can withdraw your corpus at any time.
- We keep only the derived layer: scores, the register entry, and calibration aggregates. Never the raw text.
Private
Sealed corpus, private results
Your corpus is processed, scored, and then siloed or deleted. Nothing enters the public graph. Results go to you alone.
- Nothing you submit is published anywhere.
- Priced per volume scored, plus a low monthly fee for continuous scoring and drift monitoring.
- Same evidence gates and calibration as the public register: privacy doesn’t relax the standard.
The consent principle
On the free tier, publishing to the open register is a real, permanent decision, so we treat it like one:
- No score previews before consent. You will not see the number before agreeing to publish it. A see-then-decide flow would let only good scores get published, which quietly defeats the point of an open register.
- Published editions are never edited or removed. Not for money, not on request, not on exit. Withdrawing your corpus stops future editions; it does not touch what already published. The entry then visibly ages by date instead of refreshing.
- Consent is to the process, not to the number. You are agreeing that a score, whatever it turns out to be, becomes a public, permanent record.
The same clarity is what keeps the private tier meaningful: privacy is only for sale on data we could not otherwise reach. A score already derived from public review text is never for sale, hideable, or removable, on the free tier or anywhere else.
